- Delivery to Malta on orders under €50. Delivery fee of €5.00

- Delivery to Malta on orders over €50. Delivery is FREE

Gozo

- Delivery to Gozo on orders under €50. Delivery fee of €7.50

- Delivery to Gozo on orders over €50. Delivery is FREE

Delivery Lead time

- Deliveries to Malta (2-3 business days)

- Deliveries to Gozo are made on the weekend. If ordered before Thursday delivery will be done during the coming weekend, if ordered after Thursday the delivery will be done during the next weekend. (For urgent orders please contact us)

Returns

- Returns are only accepted if returned before 7 days. Products returned after 7 days won't be credited or refunded

- To return a product, contact us on info@creationsbyhs.com or using our Facebook page.

- Returns should be sent to Les Beliers, Frangisku Pisani Street, Mosta (At client's expense)

- Returns can be exchanged with other goods or a creditnote with a expiry period of 6 months will be issued.
